ineffective air conditioning uncalibrated treadmills

the room was a bit stuffy, even with the window cracked open. it seems the air conditioning wasn't doing much, and the staff just suggested i open the window. also, the gym's treadmills were a bit off. i'm a runner, and the speed seemed faster than what the display showed. guess i got a harder workout than i bargained for.

Really good Stay at Modern Hotel

modern design convenient proximity

i appreciated the newness of the hotel and its modern design. the proximity to the un city made it very convenient. i found the breakfast buffet quite good.

i noticed some noise from trucks doing pickups and deliveries early each morning. also, music from a nearby venue was audible late into the night from friday to sunday.

the room had a well-equipped small kitchen and comfortable layout. the sea view was a nice addition.. everything was clean and well kept. the room size suited my needs.

Average stay. Some issues noticed.

small room inoperative phone

The room was quite small. The complimentary wifi did not work properly from check-in. the room phone also did not work at all. I reported it, but was told maintenance staff were unavailable on the weekend, made little sense.
